Who is behind Ascend College Coaching?
I’m Sarah Quraishi, a young professional currently working in finance in New York City. I attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and graduated with a degree in finance and minor in mechanical engineering in 2021. At MIT, I was on the Division I rowing team and President of the Model United Nations club. I received several awards for academics, athletics, and community service and published two papers on my research on disaster housing construction and non-profit investment strategies.
I am passionate about mentoring others and have tutored students in several subjects (SAT / ACT, math, and physics) as well as given younger students guidance on various aspects of the college admissions process. In my free time, I enjoy singing a cappella, reading, and experimenting with new recipes using my air fryer.
